Marketing & Business Outreach Lead
Social Media Management
- Own and grow Sensiwise AI’s LinkedIn presence – the primary channel for B2B lead generation
- Develop and schedule a consistent content calendar (minimum 4 posts per week on LinkedIn)
- Create and manage content across other relevant platforms (X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram where appropriate)
- Support Leadership Team’s personal LinkedIn thought leadership – drafting posts on AI for startups, FinTech AI, and AI ethics
- Track and grow followers from target segments: FinTech CTOs, SaaS Product Managers, retail Operations Directors, and accelerator Program Directors
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow an active community around the Sensiwise AI brand
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write high-quality long-form content: blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and LinkedIn articles
- Repurpose technical insights from the team into accessible, audience-friendly content
- Produce and publish a minimum of 3 client case studies per year in collaboration with the delivery team
- Develop SEO-optimised website copy and landing pages (e.g. AI Readiness Assessment product page)
- Create email newsletters and campaign copy to nurture prospects and existing clients
Email Marketing & Outreach
- Build, maintain, and segment email lists of prospects across FinTech, SaaS, retail, and manufacturing sectors
- Design and execute email outreach campaigns targeting UK-based startup founders, CTOs, and Operations Directors
- Run targeted LinkedIn outreach (10-15 personalised messages per week) to warm prospects identified by the Founder
- Manage and optimise drip sequences, follow-up cadences, and re-engagement campaigns using email marketing tools
- Track open rates, click-through rates, reply rates, and conversion to meetings – reporting weekly
Accelerator & Partnership Support
- Support outreach to UK startup accelerators (Techstars, Seedcamp, Entrepreneur First, Founders Factory, SETsquared) as part of Sensiwise AI’s core growth strategy
- Prepare partnership proposal decks, one-pagers, and workshop marketing materials for accelerator outreach
- Coordinate event listings, workshop promotions, and cohort communications in partnership with accelerators
- Maintain a CRM of accelerator contacts, warm leads, and pipeline status
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Manage the Sensiwise AI website (sensiwise.ai) – ensuring content is current, landing pages convert, and SEO is optimised
- Set up and monitor Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and email platform dashboards
- Produce a fortnightly marketing performance report covering reach, leads generated, conversion metrics, and key insights
- Run paid social experiments (LinkedIn Ads) when budget allows, tracking ROI carefully
Brand & Design
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints – social, email, presentations, and web
- Create or coordinate visually appealing graphics, carousels, and infographics using tools like Canva or Adobe
- Assist in producing presentation decks for client pitches and accelerator partnership proposals
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing
- Demonstrable experience managing LinkedIn for a B2B brand with measurable follower and engagement growth
- Proven track record of running email outreach or lead generation campaigns that converted to sales pipeline
- Experience writing professional content for a technical or professional services audience
- Familiarity with the UK startup, SaaS, or Technology ecosystem is a strong advantage
Skills
- Excellent written English – ability to write clearly, persuasively, and in brand voice
- Proficiency with LinkedIn (Company Page management, personal profile ghostwriting, Sales Navigator a plus)
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar)
- Comfortable with Canva or similar tools for creating branded graphics and presentations
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and website content management (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable reading dashboards and drawing actionable insights
- Highly organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Any digital marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, LinkedIn) are a plus but not required
Nice to Have
- Prior experience at or marketing for an AI, tech consulting, or SaaS company
- Understanding of AI concepts and ability to communicate AI topics to non-technical audiences
- Experience marketing to UK or international audiences
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, or project management platforms
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Video content creation or editing experience (Reels, YouTube Shorts)

Work Arrangement
This role is based in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, and operates on a remote/hybrid model. The team is globally distributed, with our UK headquarters in London. You will primarily work independently, coordinating with the Founder and UK-based team via Slack and video calls. Flexibility to overlap with UK working hours (IST afternoon/evening) is required for regular syncs.
